The living area is built into the hillside on two terraces, connected by an outdoor staircase.

LOCATION & SUN
The property is one of the last seven private plots in the Barranco del Cura before the ravine becomes a beautiful gorge with a hiking trail.
From the finca, you have views of untouched natural rock (the far end of the barranco is only developed on one side), behind which the sun rises around 9:00 am and sets around 5:00 pm depending on the season.
You can either enjoy the refreshing shade or spend a few more hours of sunshine at the sea.
ACCESS & TRANSPORT
The GC-1 motorway connects the south with the north of Gran Canaria, making the airport easily accessible. The motorway runs underground through the barranco, so you won’t see or hear any traffic.
The nearest access point is about 10 minutes from the property.
INTERNET
Wi-Fi and fiber-optic connection are available in the lower apartment (lower terrace).
HOSTS
The finca is run and maintained by our family from Switzerland. Local contacts are available on site to assist you. For handover and general questions, our neighbor is directly on location. She and her husband also live in the barranco and take care of the garden and property.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Not suitable for children under 12 – teenagers only by arrangement.
Dogs allowed only by prior agreement.
