Highly recommended. The accommodation itself is wonderfully located – quiet, private, yet well connected.
Clean, well equipped, cozy and lovingly designed – especially the outdoor area. The support beforehand from Esther and on-site from Nicole was very professional, flexible and above all very friendly.
If I travel to Gran Canaria again, I will definitely stay here again. I’m still thrilled!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation. The property is beautifully secluded with no direct neighbors, yet you can reach the village / beach / nearest Spar supermarket in 5 minutes.
The kitchen and the whole house are perfectly equipped and nothing was missing.
Towels (including beach towels), toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc. were provided. Cooking on the gas stove or grilling (charcoal) was no problem.
The outdoor bathroom and kitchen feel unusual at first but we quickly came to love them.
Contact with Esther as well as Nicole (local contact) was smooth and very pleasant. Nicole was personally present for both check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated!
All in all, an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a place for two (max. three) people, a bit more secluded and quiet but still close to the coast/beach.

I loved Esther’s apartment. It was so peaceful. I loved watching the birds and lizards, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, sitting on the two terraces, showering outside, hiking up and down the barranco.
I traveled and stayed here alone and without a car but found the walk to the finca from town/Spar no problem and the island’s bus service is fantastic.
Nicole is so helpful, shows you everything and messages you – very reassuring that she’s around if you need help – but she leaves you in peace.
I have so many happy memories of my four nights there.

We had a very good time at Esther’s house. The location is fantastic. The house is in a barranco, offering lots of privacy but still close to all amenities. The house was spotless and equipped with everything you could think of. Communication was pleasant and smooth. The only downside was the drain – the toilet was quite sensitive to blockages. But overall, a very pleasant place we’d definitely return to.

A great little paradise in the middle of nature! The kitchen and living room as well as one terrace are upstairs, the bedrooms, bathroom and WC are downstairs. The equipment is excellent overall (graters, pans, pots etc.), plus there were extras like boules and many other useful things. Everything necessary was there, including dish towels, soap etc. We immediately felt at home and loved the peace and privacy.
The accommodation may be a little remote and the last approx. 500m are unpaved, but it was exactly what we wanted.
We’ll definitely come back and can recommend it to all nature lovers. The starry sky is beautiful and mosquito nets are provided at the beds. Communication, arrival and departure also top! Thank you!

We had an excellent 8-night stay here, despite some very heavy rain one day.
A really well-equipped Airbnb – plenty of good kitchen equipment and also sunshades, etc.
The outdoor kitchen is an excellent place to cook, and we spent most evenings on the upper level at the outdoor table, on the same level as the kitchen.
The two bedrooms and the toilet etc. are on the lower level. The main bedroom is generous with a ceiling fan. We were glad it was just the two of us, because the second bedroom is tiny with little ventilation and no ceiling fan – a good place to store our luggage though.
Unlike many Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, there’s ample storage space for clothes with lots of hangers.
The fiber-optic broadband seems newly installed and tested at 500 Mbps up and down, which is insanely fast for such a remote location, but only available in the bedroom. A shame the owner didn’t run an Ethernet cable to a repeater on the upper terrace.

Magical and private place in a secluded valley. Spotlessly clean and very tranquil. Shops and beach is only 2 min down the road, but should have your own transport.

Esther's place is simply wonderful, privacy, silence and serenity are the three right words to describe it. The house is very particular, developed on several levels, but the stairs were not a problem for us; in the apartment, you will find everything you need, just everything. The cleaning was perfect, nothing was out of place, with true Swiss precision! Esther had warned us that for 4 people the spaces would be restricted, instead everything was very comfortable. Not far from the house there is a supermarket and a beach, so everything is really comfortable and easy going. So, thanks Esther for everything! When my friends and I return to Gran Canaria, we will definitely choose your home again!

The finca is the perfect place to stay if you want to escape the tourist centres of southern Gran Canaria, have guaranteed sunshine, a sense of remoteness while just outside a town & absolute privacy. The architecture is very unique & takes advantage of different locations on the property to enjoy sun & views. My partner & I loved staying there & being able to cook outside, shower outside & enjoy quiet, warm evenings outdoors with just the sounds of the palm trees in the wind & lights of the moon & stars. Another bonus was the barranca del cura hiking trail just outside the property. A fantastic & beautiful hike! Esther is a super helpful host as is her onsite host, Nicole. I highly recommend staying here, we’d definitely love to return!

Esther's place is perfect for a quiet getaway. The silence is incredible; all you can hear are the birds and the wind. The stars in the early morning are spectacular. The design of the house and the decorations are simple and lovely. There was clearly a lot of attention paid to detail, as there were markers, tape, batteries, a book light, candles, and a big jug of drinking water there upon arrival. I appreciate that there was an anticipation of things people could possibly need and a desire to make people as comfortable and at home as possible. We plan to stay here again in the future. :)

This is a place like no other we have ever been to. It is perfect if you love our breakfast and dinner out on a balcony overlooking a ravine, for example. It is perfect for late night star gazing and shower under a palm tree! We absolutely love to be out , away from the unsightly tourist areas. This place makes you feel like you are in your private paradise but it is only 5 mins drive from the beach and all shops, close to motorway. It is well equipped, and We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine too. The second bedroom is smaller but not bad at all, double bed with plenty of storage. The island has so much to explore and this place is lovely to spend the mornings and nights in. The sun comes up to the top balcony first and it makes breakfast amazing ! This is a great concept and would definitely recommend to anyone who does appreciate peace and quiet with a touch of fancy :)

Esther’s house is amazing. An oasis of peace where to relax and to escape the everyday life. You will feel home (and even better) after few minutes and I’ll be difficult to get back to real life after. The house was clean and the communication perfect. Highly recommended!
